Renault has overhauled its all-electric Megane and Scenic E-Tech ranges, introducing a streamlined trim structure and a price drop across both models. The revised line-up will be available to order from the end of April, with pricing now starting from £32,495 for the Megane E-Tech and £37,195 for the Scenic E-Tech.
That equates to a £1,500 saving on the entry-level Megane and a £300 cut for the Scenic’s most affordable variant. The Megane’s sole powertrain – a 217bhp front-mounted motor paired with a 60kWh battery – remains unchanged, offering up to 285 miles of WLTP range.
Trim levels now start with Techno (replacing the old Evolution), while the Techno Esprit Alpine and new range-topping Iconic Esprit Alpine sit above it. The latter is priced at £36,995 and features sportier styling with 20-inch wheels, Alpine badging, and Matte Shadow Grey exterior accents.
The Scenic E-Tech follows the same structure, though the smaller 60kWh battery has been dropped. All versions now come with the 87kWh pack, delivering up to 381 miles of range. One-pedal driving and V2L functionality have been added, alongside an 11kW onboard charger.
