It has a kerb weight of 2108kg which may seem about standard for an electric SUV but I’ll be honest, some other electric EVs don’t ‘feel’ as heavy behind the wheel. Its just over 4.5 metres long, a smidge over 2.1m wide and a 3cm shorter than me (I’m 5ft 6 and a half, the half is very important). See! A chonk!
Looks wise, a total babe. I have the Ingaro Blue version which absolutely pops and genuinely does give the car a sexy vibe. Its actually the only long term press loan that I’ve had where people have stopped me to ask about the car. It’s turning heads! Well done Peugeot. From the new lion badge at the front, the lion claw DRLs and the sporty, sloping rear windscreen (no wiper btw! So far that’s annoyed me) and small spoiler at the top - it’s certainly a looker. 20” ‘Yosemite’ two tone diamond cut alloy wheels, hello! What an upgrade! Remember that first 3008? Ewwww. This new version has had the full Hollywood facelift (minus the ozempic).

The question is, is it all looks and no brains? Is it the instagram model of the SUV world?
The answer to that question so far is ...... possibly.
Interior in any new Peugeot is bloody marvellous. Its like sitting in a space ship. I’m a big fan of the ‘look over the small steering wheel’ driving position (always try before you buy as it may not be to your taste if you’re of the taller variety).
You feel like you’re being wrapped by sexy tech and ambient lighting. At night it looks SO GOOD, like you’re aboard something created by Christopher Nolan. I 100% recommend listening to the interstellar theme while driving this thing at night.
I should’ve got that role over Anne Hathaway.
