There's just one model of Mii, which makes your choices limited to one of nine colour combinations. Even metallic paint is a no-cost option which is unusually generous - other makers charge £500 plus for it. SEAT has also thrown all of the equipment at the Mii to keep things simple and it even has a snazzy set of 16-inch wheels as standard.
Running costs
While the petrol-powered Mii was hardly a budget buster, the all-electric version takes driving economy to a whole new level. Even if you don’t have cheap off-peak electricity, a full charge will cost you about £4 - which works out at around 3p per mile in ‘fuel’ costs. If you can take advantage of cheaper-rate electricity, this can drop to under 2p per mile.
As with all electric cars, if you use public chargers, you’ll be paying a whole lot more, but even when a full charge costs around £8, you’ll still be quids in when compared to petrol.
Servicing will also be cheaper thanks to its simpler drivetrain and the lack of oil and filters to change. SEAT often offers service packs to sweeten its new car deals, so make sure you get the standard service costs up front before adding a package to your purchase.
