Renault has announced the Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) offers for its new 5 E-Tech, including a 48-month, 5.5% APR deals which starts at £249 per month for the ‘evolution urban’ model with a £3,545 deposit and an agreed 6,000 miles per year. There is also a 0% APR offer across the range if you can stump up a hefty 30% deposit and pay over a 24-month period, which brings the payments down to £182 per month.

Unusually for a new and in-demand car, some of the offers include deposit contribution from the company to make the deal more attractive. A Hyundai Inster 01 with similar terms would be £269 per month.

Lease deals are coming out a little cheaper than a PCP for the Renault, with a 48 month deal and a £3,020 deposit with 6,000 miles per year costing around £243.

For the Renault there is also the option of 5.5% APR, 48-month PCP offers with matching deposit and monthly payments. These see the Renault 5 E-Tech electric evolution urban range available with monthly payments of £324 and a deposit of only £324, or £409 per month with a deposit of £409 for the top of the range ‘iconic comfort’ range with the ‘5’ bonnet charging indicator, LED headlights, rear view camera and heated front seats and steering wheel.

Eager buyers who want to be among the first to take delivery can purchase a VIP R Pass for £150, which provides priority access to ordering. This is not discounted from the final price however and it just a queue jump option. Orders officially open in January.
